Olympic Lifting
CrossFit utilizes Olympic Lifting techniques in it’s programming. That said, there’s a certain breed of person who wants to specialize a little more in these lifts. We offer a program for just that athlete. Want to learn to execute the Snatch and Clean and Jerk with optimal efficiency, as well as the very specific movements involved with each of these complex lifts? Hit us up. We got what you need. We currently offer a Beginner OlyLifting Class at Noon and an Experienced OlyLifting Class at 1 p.m. on Sundays.
This Class is currently offered on Sundays at Noon (Beginner) and 1 P.M. (Experienced).
