Endurance

CrossFit Endurance was developed to allow CrossFit Athletes to still CrossFit and compete in endurance sports and it gives a unique opportunity for endurance athletes to learn another significant way to effectively train for any event they wish to compete in. It also provides athletes an opportunity to have a life outside of training which is something most endurance programs will not allow for with the sheer volume demand.

At Ultimate CrossFit, our Endurance goals are to encourage and assist in the training for endurance sports, with an emphasis on running. We’ll consistently cycle through training programs for distances between 5k and ultra marathon, providing our athletes with a varied and detailed training program.

If you are interested in a training plan for your selected event or you need more advice on what kind of pace you need to hit for your 200 m or 400 m repeats or x m repeats, please email dee@ultimatecrossfit.com for more information.

For our athletes who are not interested in distance events, the Endurance classes will be support the regular CrossFit classes, providing variety to the existing programming.

Inclement Weather Policy:  Because of the inherent nature of our classes (always outside and generally on a track), we are at the mercy of mother nature.  While we love to train in the rain, there will be times when classes must be cancelled due to weather.  We will post on the daily BLOG if class is cancelled at least one hour before the class is schedule to start.  If you are not able to check our website, sign up for class alerts by emailing dee@ultimatecrossfit.com and provide your email or phone number for text updates.
