Workout of the Day 

Skill: Double Unders, if you can do double unders then do 3 sets of max rep double unders. WOD: 15 rounds Sprint 20 secs Rest 40 secs (Score is max distance covered)

Bootcamp WOD

09.07.10 // PT Test: 800m Run.  Max push ups, 1 minute. Max sit ups, 1 minute. Max Tricep Dips, 1 minute. Max Air Squats, 1 minute. Max plank hold.


Kids WOD

Endurance WOD

12 x 1 minute intervals; 30 seconds rest Cover as much distance as possible.  Max effort! Mario will be moving to Texas soon…we’ll miss you!!
