REMEMBER: We start September 7 with sessions at 5:30 and 6:30 a.m. at Freedom Park and 10 a.m. at Independence Park.

* Also, Yoga is coming back to Ultimate CrossFit!  Starting Sunday, September 12th, we will be holding a yoga class on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am.  For more information, contact dee@ultimatecrossfit.com. Bootcampers are welcome to participate at no extra charge to to your monthly session.

Thursday, 9/2: Find a hill. A good-sized hill. You’ve been to BC, so you know what we’re talking about. Sprint it 5 times. Then do 25 burpees. Do the hill 5 more times and do 25 more burpees. Post your time to the comments section.
