Bodyweight exercises, running hills and stairs, using park benches, swings, medicine balls and whatever else we can find. The best constant is change and workouts vary from day to day, week to week, and month to month.
Bootcamp classes are included in our CrossFit memberships or can be purchased as a program on it’s own. With your Bootcamp membership, you’ll have access to regular Bootcamp classes as well as Endurance and Conditioning classes. Our once a week Yoga classes can be purchased for a small additional fee.
