What is Ultimate CrossFit in Charlotte, NC?

Ultimate CrossFit is different. You will not spend 30 minutes going nowhere on a treadmill and then another 30 on a machine circuit. Nor will you be doing Chest/Tri, Back/Bi bodybuilding-style routines. Instead you will run, jump, and row. You will work on rings, climb ropes, slam balls, and perform power and Olympic lifts. You will learn the proper way to lift, squat, throw and jump. Why? Because it works! And better yet, it’s fun!

The focus of classes at Ultimate CrossFit is on performing natural movements at a high intensity and training in a way that is fast, fun, and always changing. Yes! Here at Ultimate CrossFit we want to train anyone who is willing to show up and work. We can scale every workout to meet your current skill level and fitness needs.
