Speed: Sprints 10x50m WOD: 5 Rounds 5 Push Presses (135/95) 5 Bent over Rows (135/95) 10 T2B

Bootcamp WOD

WoD: 5 Rounds – Throw slam ball ahead to other side (pick-up/repeat for length of cones = 25m) 15 ball slams Lunge back to other side 15 tuck jumps Jog back to other side Cash Out: 800m Indian Run w/ Slam Ball
