WOD: (from 6/13/2009) 800m Run 25 ABMAT Sit-ups 7 Push Presses (155/105) 500m Row 25 Box jumps (24/20) 7 Overhead Squats (135/95) 500m Row 25 Burpee Pull-ups 800m Run At any point in the work out, do: 4 Muscle-ups 4 Rope Climbs Post total time.
