WOD:

30 Deadlifts (1.25x your bodyweight)
2000m row

Then, 2 x 2 min planks:

30 Sec front plank
30 sec side plank
30 sec other side
30 sec front

After each 2 min plank, do 3 x 10 GHD sit ups and 3 x 10 back extensions
