As many of you know, we're having tryouts for our Affiliate Cup team today. So we thought it would be nice if everyone got a chance to at least try the WOD that the folks trying out are going to do. So that's what we're doing today in the 8:30 am and 10 am classes.


WOD:
5 Thrusters (135#/95#)
20 Burpees
5 Handstand pushups
30 GHD sit-ups
5 Push presses (135#/95#)
20 Toes to bars
20 pull ups
5 Thrusters (135#/95#)
60 double unders


Guys, we're thinking about getting some of these for the gym... What do you think?

I think I will end my membership if I see one of those within 100 yards of UCF. Sad part is that people actually buy that shit.

What I loved is that they said "you have to be in shape to do squats and lunges..." Classic.
