Snatch Balance 3-3
Hang Power Snatch 2-2

WOD:

3 rounds
10 Burpee Box Jumps
10 DB Press (35/20)
10 Overhead Lunges with slam balls (30/20)
25 single rope jumps

Don't forget, this Saturday is the Pendlay O-lift seminar. We will only have ONE work out on Saturday, and it will be at 8:00 am.

It's just a little backwards...! They sent out a link to some more pictures of the competition (http://photobucket.com/boomeralred). There some good ones of Jayme and Jeff. Out of 317 pics though, I could only find myself in one of them! :)
