Strength:

Twenty minutes to work up to your 1 rep max deadlift.

WOD:

Using your 1 rep max deadlift, you will do 2 deadlifts at 85% of your 1 rep max each minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

Immediately following the 10th minute, do 30 burpees for time.
