WOD:

Tabata Something Else - 8 rounds of each no rest between
Pullup, Pushup, Situp, Squats

20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.

Score is total reps.

My whole body is straight hurtin after the past 3 days! I haven't looked at the WOD yet but I'm really hoping it says warmup: a cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows, and then AMRAP of freeze tag...
