Turkish Get Ups 5-5

WOD:

100 double unders
90 situps
80 squats
70 walking lunges
60 pushups
50 box jumps (24/20)
40 wall balls (20/14)
30 burpees
20 back ext
10 pullups

It's too bad I missed the 2 rounds max hold time in pure agony. My substitute WOD today was max hours on the beach before leaving, tough one but so far I've pushed through 2.5...

i am so scared to return tomorrow....feel like the first day of high school. missing Crossfit for three weeks and only doing bodyweight is going to make my next month pure hell.
