Guys, our schedule is normal today and through the weekend. Tomorrow bootcamp at 8:30, in the gym at 10. Then Sunday at 11am

Have you met Tim? Muay Thai champion and kick ass crossfitter. He has been getting back into fighting shape quickly. Good to have you in here training Tim.

Kurt, Hirst, Smitty and all other Ultimate Crossfitters that have served fighting for our freedom- THANK YOU. I daily can take that for granted. It is an honor to workout alongside you and a privilege to know you are teammates and friends.
Will be thinking of you all tomorrow and the sacrifices you made as we celebrate our nation's independence.

I'm in more pain today from this workout than any of the previous 5 I have taken part in. The Push Press especially has my whole shoulder and neck are sore as #@%@! - John C.
