Here is Tim having a moment of clarity. CrossFit makes you look inside yourself and pull back something that makes us keep going. What is that quality that keeps us going?

I would say Courage or stupidity
mine probably being the latter.
Thank Tim when you have a chance, he was a Navy Corpsman. Those guys save lives everyday and do just as much as the Marines they are with.
plus they have to carry med supplies on top of the ammo and weapons. Plus he's got cool shoes
Thank you Tim for serving!
Tenacity. Love this article.

perserverance, I think thats how its spelled. We will not crumble to the task at hand, but will find a way to beat it.
Hirst - I'm planning on being at the 6am tomorrow, are you?
I think Tim looks like he's contemplating whether or not he's got enough left in him to pick up that slam ball and throw it at the photographer (haven't we all wanted to hurt Lance at one point or another for one of his ridiculously hard work outs?)... Don't sell yourself short, Hirst; it's not stupidity that drives you to do something good for yourself.
Check out the picture on the HQ site today. In the bottom shot, from the Atlanta cert, I think that's our friend Mr. Carter Lewis down in front. Hey Carter, congrats!
Tony, sweet dude, I will be there.
now I gotta bring my A-game.
mike- you always bring your A game. and the last adjective I would use for you is Stupid. Dedicated, yes, for sure.
Pride - as in my ego would take a big hit if I let Megan beat me everyday and not just most days.
Hirst - Thanks for the kind words. Athough there was not any active theaters of combat when I was active duty. Kurt and the rest of the Active Duty Military really deserve the kudos.
As for my expression, I don't know if I was really focusing on Lance or just trying to muster another semi-coordinated gross motor movement that resembled a burpee.... That expresion isn't malice, I was probably just confused by the flash and all the black spots in my vision.
As for what keeps me going, mostly it's you all. I really thrive on the community and the seriously concentrated amount of tenacity and drive you all put out. It is either that or I really dig the psycadelic feeling that hopxia brings to the party....
mmmmm hypoxia
