I'm not the smartest man in the world, but it sounds like you will be doing 5 rounds of 5 sets of 1. :)

Now everyone knows the secret of how I come up with the ladies weight. Take what Peter P can do, add 35lbs.

I don't know what the ladies RX is, but I can attest to the fact that the burpees destroyed any chance I had for a max weight on this WOD. I think Lisa finished with 80lbs, which is awesome! Carrie probably pulled a really high weight too. I totally struggled with 65lbs....but finished which was doubtful at times. We had a record number in the Rooster Class this AM- it was crazy crowded!

LB, you could always pose the alternative WOD as Eva, from HQ. Some guy on the comments said it took him 1:15 to finish. haha

Womens Rx weights are generally two thirds the men's Rx weight which for this WOD would be 125lbs. I think I might actually be able to finish the first round at this weight before collapsing post-burpees and dropping down the weight...

This work out is from another CrossFit affiliate, and their prescribed weight is in fact 125 lbs for women. That's how it was set up on Beyond The Whiteboard, so that's how I posted it for our WOD. But you can dream bigger than that, Chelsea... go for the 135 lbs.

Yeah Chelsea if me and BRuss can only do 135 i'm sure you can do it too.

Damn it Lance, now I can't make fun of Mike for using the girl's weight....guess I'll always have his cleaning weight though!

DA, Nance, Steve and the rest of the evening-ers let's see some weight moving....I think we should have a comp day between classes!

I have tried so hard all day not to post a comment. But after the last one from Chelsea- I feel the need to defend. Now, I KNOW that without a doubt Chelsea and Mie can put some serious weight on the bars but would love a comp that is something we could all do between the classes= rooster v. nooner v. nighter.
Tony totally made fun of me today- but anyone that sits behind a desk and is ready to admit they have an addiction to this Crossfit shit knows they check this blog often. I mean, Thee Beth has posted at least twice in two weeks. Which means lawyers get bored too!

Carrie I wasn't making fun of you this morning, I was simply stating that you ADD a lot to the blog.

I attended the AM class this morning and they get after it, the upcoming comp results will be something everyone is interested in.
