30 Handstand push-ups
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings 1.5 poods
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

I really wanted to show up tonight (after missing Monday and Tues with fantasy football drafts) but then you show me 70 burpees?! Yeah, that's encouraging.
