For total time:

400m run – 100m walking lung – 200m run (backwards) – 400m run – 100m walking lunge – 200m run (backwards) – 800m run

    Hey Cam! I can’t make the 3/6/13 6am d/t night shift. Can you post the rest between each 500m row? I would like to do the workout later in the afternoon (my morning) :)
