    Great article by Robb Wolf, even beyond how to help people change their eating habits. My favorite line “The clear knowledge that anyone can do damn near anything they so desire”, I’ve accomplished and been faced with challenges in my life that I never imagined — and came through all of them.

    Amorette — It took me a while to understand that AMRAP was “as many reps as possible”. I thought it was some fancy crossfit word that meant “keep going until you think you are going to die” :)
