Wod1 4 rounds hand release 10 push up, 10 sit up, stair run. Wod2 Playground: 4 rounds 5 k2e,10 dip, 15 parking lot lunges. Wod3 30 sec plank+hill sprint, then repeat with left side and right side plank.
