Pimpin’ Paleo Cookbook

Our friends, the Mayfields from Atlanta have written a cookbook, Paleo Comfort Foods! Of course we’re a little biased as they are our friends and all. We were lucky enough to receive an advanced copy of the book and maaaaaaaaaan alive, it’s A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Having a hard time keeping your paleo menu fresh and new? Well you won’t run out of things to try with this cookbook! Thinking of trying paleo but don’t know where to start? Here ya go – a first hand guide to getting started and yummy food to make!

I have read a good portion of the book already. (read: cooking nerd) Here’s my review:

First of all, the foreword is by Robb Wolf. Enough said. They start with all that you’ll need to make paleo cooking easier and pointing out things that every cook needs in the kitchen. Next is a section about their paleo journey, where they shop and their overall approach to paleo and the food they eat. Then THE RECIPES. And there are a metric ton of them! I mean, they keep going and going and going. It is truly a bible of paleo food. And the photos, by MARK ADAMS, (aka, The Grizz) are mouth-watering. I have already told Jules that this cookbook is the Betty Crocker of Paleo. It is an amazing collection of amazing food. I can’t wait to try some out and report! This book is for all skill level of cooks; beginner and expert paleo folks. If you haven’t ordered, order it now!

Okay Ultimate, even though technically you stole Carter and Amber (“Camber”) from us here in Atlanta, we still love you. Thanks for the support of the book!

And because we love all y’all, come on by our site and check out our pimpin contests we’ve got. I know you all would look mighty fine in that Titin Tech “anti-gravity” weight shirt…(value $200)…or maybe some new spices are your thing? Come on by to our contests section to enter!

Thanks again for your support of the book!
