Ultimate CrossFit celebrates 2 years at 210 Rampart this month. AND, our own Mie Yoshinaga is headed out west to the CrossFit – USAW Open October 1-3 in Colorado. SO… as we’re apt to do… we’re throwing a party! We want to celebrate 2 years of fine, fine training in our current location and help send Mie off in style… so we’re asking all who attend to donate $5 toward her traveling efforts.
We’ll have a WOD that starts at 2. The party kicks off around 4 with a raffle ($3 per ticket or $5 for 2 tickets) that will blow your mind! Around 6, Lance will fire up the grill. We’ll supply the beer and burgers if you’ll bring a side dish! (Sign up for a side dish on the list in the gym)Here is the schedule for that day:
