High School Summer Ends with BIG Gains!

Over the past 10 weeks a group of High School students trained M, T, and Th.  Each class included one specific strength building exercise – Squats, Press, or Dead Lifts.  Each class also included a WOD!  Strength gains averaged 10% – 20%!!! 

And Cindy will never be the same for this group :)

    I know!!!!! I thought about that EVERY TIME I saw these guys in the gym.
