Fantastic effort today, folks! I’m very proud of your accomplishments this month. You’ve gotten stronger, faster, leaner, meaner… Rockin’! Post those numbers up here for us all to gaze upon.

Stick with it over the weekend. Eat well. Get some exercise and rest. Stretch. Lots of water. And we’ll see you for August session starting on Monday. Big things happening in the parks this month! Like I said, I’m very proud of all your efforts. I hope you are, too. Seeing your improvements gets me excited to get you back, get more people into bootcamp and change people’s lifestyles. Get ready… August is gonna be a blast!

    I did my PT test on the bluff, overlooking Lake Michigan. It’s 72 degrees! Lovely!
    Run: 3:42 (3:21)
    Squats: 50 (40)
    Sit-ups: 34 (34)
    Tricep Dips: 28 (30)
    Push-ups:26 (33) non-facilitated
    Plank: 2 min (1:44)

    My goal is a 3 min plank – I improved, I’m at 2 min! I know I can do it, I’m going to try again later today.
    I have lost 5 lbs – goal accomplished!
    I have not had a drink since July 5th – goal accomplished!

    Did not do PT Test at the beginning of the month, but I will post so I have them out there for next time
    Run-2:54
    Pushups-40
    Sit Ups-35
    Squats-56
    Dips-45
    Plank 3:08

    I know that my run was faster than I did for baseline at end of June and plank is over 1 minute better. Carter is doing something right to get an old man back in shape.
