Nicely done on the Burpee Ladder this morning, peeps! And all the other stuff we did, too. Lots of hard work and sweat this a.m. I love it. Kelly did 206 burpees in 20 minutes. Congrats Kelly, Burpee Queen!
While we were stretching, we got to talking about Paleolithic eating. I thought I’d post a link here if anyone’s curious on reading more on it. I can’t say enough good things about it.
