STRENGTH: Front Squat 5-4-3-2-1
do a few warm up sets (2-3) then start at 70% for 5 rep set going up from there
*try to PR 1 rep max*

WOD: 12-9-6 Muscle ups 6-9-12 Burpees
do 12 MU,6 burpee,9 MU,9 burpee,6 MU, 12 Burpee

Endurance WOD tonight, 6pm at AG Middle School!

    This challenge lacks alcohol, it just doesn’t have the same allure as the beer mile.

    Yea…earlier it had a squat/push-up couplet on there. Dunno where it went… :)

    couplet has been cancelled. Just forgot to take out the rest 2 minutes then… part. Trust me when i say be glad the couplet got taken off!
