We’ve changed it… RX weight for women will be 95. Beyond the Whiteboard can’t be updated because folks have already posted results for the WOD, so it’s still going to show 105 as the RXd weight.
Wednesday’s Workout – “Hearts on Fire: A Tribute to Rocky” Five 1-minute intervals at each station. Three rounds with a 1-minute rest between each round. Movements are Jump Rope, Stair Climb, Boxer Sit Up, Sandbag Sprint, Dynamic Push Up (1-arm, clapping, one hand on wall, decline, etc.)
WoD 1: 16 x 100 m sprints, rest is amount of time to walk back to start. All out effort! WoD 2: 4 x 400 m, 2 minute rest In the event of inclement weather, the class will be canceled An update will be posted online should class be canceled.
didn’t the whiteboard in the gym say Rx was 95 this morning ??? Darn It!!! That’s why I shouldn’t come at 6 am. I’m not actually awake until 7:30.

105 should have been right…70% of 155 is actually 108.5lbs. Don’t be slackers, ladies!
well, no wonder that workout was sooooo easy. jk. i prob couldnt have done 105 anyway.
