    didn’t the whiteboard in the gym say Rx was 95 this morning ??? Darn It!!! That’s why I shouldn’t come at 6 am. I’m not actually awake until 7:30.

    hey look…heavy KB swings = more shoulder work! thank goodness its my rest day.. i think my shoulders are about to explode :)

    We’ve changed it… RX weight for women will be 95. Beyond the Whiteboard can’t be updated because folks have already posted results for the WOD, so it’s still going to show 105 as the RXd weight.

    105 should have been right…70% of 155 is actually 108.5lbs. Don’t be slackers, ladies!
