Holiday Hours this weekend: we will only have one class on Sunday, at a 11 am (that means no Olympic lifting class this Sunday).  Monday- we will have two classes, one at 8:30 am and one at 10 am.

We’re having a bootcamp for any interested participants on Saturday. Meet
by the train at 8:30 a.m. We did these last year and people loved ‘em.
Come on out and get a different kind of workout. Carrie Woodard will lead
this workout. See you there!

Don’t let travel stop you from working out… you can find a CrossFit gym most anywhere.

    This was a tough day at noon. I can’t wait to hear stories about the Max effort run in the afternoon downpoor that is on the way! But, don’t worry, you will be just as wet from this WOD with or without the downpoor on the run portion. Ha!
