Ahhh… the Weekend.

"Rest"ing.

Enjoy the weekend, folks. Get some rest. Get some exercise (you can always look in the back of your log books for homework ideas). Do something fun. Drink lots of water if you’re out in the heat. Eat some GOOD food. See you Monday for Week 4… and a final ramp-up to your PT/Baseline Test next Friday.

There’s a free Saturday workout tomorrow at Freedom Park, 8:30 a.m. Meet by the train.

Friday’s 9:30 a.m. workout: “Angie” – 100 Push Ups, Sit Ups, Squats and Dips.
