    Here are my before boot camp and after boot camp results. I improved, but hope to make greater gains in strength and losses in weight during June’s boot camp.

    Before (After):
    800 m Run: 3:39 (3:21)
    As many as possible in 1 minute
    Squats: 41 (50)
    Sit-ups: 32 (35)
    Tricep Dips: 28 (40)
    Push-ups: 10 Regular, 15 Facilitated (30 Regular, 4 Facilitated)
